Manager Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Work location: Sales Office Hamburg / Home Office
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Support the Sales team and the head of Sales & Marketing
- Quality and process customer inquiries in German and English
- Support quote creation and tracking
- Define workflow procedures in close alignment with the department manager
- Take over operational and organisational tasks in Marketing, e. g. coordination of agencies and media planning
- Facilitate the design and further development of product support / advertising material and information documents
- Support planning and execution of marketing actions and campaigns
- Coordinate all activities for exhibitions, conferences and events
- Experiences in set up, organization and management of internal sales
- Excellent verbal and written command of the German and English language
- Experiences in working with CRM systems (e. g. Salesforce) and MS Office
- Commercial or technical education, preferably in the maritime field
- Self-assured with excellent organisational skills
- First experiences in the field of Marketing
