Responsibilites and tasks
- management of several projects in the field of lithium-ion technology
- preparation of the project management including the preparation of cost and time schedules
- conception of customer-specific special requirements in the field of lithium-ion batteries
- presentation of technology to strategic partners and customers as well as conducting bid negotiations
- creation and updating of the necessary project documentation
- responsibility for the project budget and constant review of the project progress
- conception of customer-specific requirements for lithium-ion cells
- development and improvement of existing technologies and equipment with the project team
- close technical coordination with R&D and production
- acquisition and coordination of public funded projects
Your profile
- professional experience in management of industrial projects
- completed scientific or technical degree (e.g., chemistry, physics, engineering)
- special knowledge of lithium-ion cells advantageous
- good technological comprehension, strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflict, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
- good technological understanding
- flexible thinking and enthusiasm
- German and English spoken and written
- willingness to travel occasionally on national/international business trips
